Marilyn has represented clients residing in London, Paris, Singapore and Tokyo in contested divorce and custody proceedings. She has taken post-degree international law training at Oxford University in England. She is familiar with the Hague International Court in the Netherlands and its requirements, as well as U.S. State Department aid which is available, including passport regulation of children. If the case is pending in Arizona she can represent the client directly. If it is pending in another country, she is available as liaison with the attorney licensed in the foreign jurisdiction.

Issues you may wish to discuss with Marilyn include how do we determine which country has the right to make decisions about property and assets, what can the State Department do to help find my children, and how can I find a lawyer to represent me in a foreign country.
